Rachel Christiansen began training in classical ballet at the age of thirteen at Allegro School of Dance in Rochester MN. During this time, she also trained and performed with Children’s Dance Theatre.
She then transitioned to Continental Ballet Company in Bloomington MN becoming one of their advanced students. At this level, she performed with their professional company in Swan Lake, Giselle, Cinderella, and the Nutcracker. At seventeen, she joined the student company at Ballet Royale for one year before becoming at trainee at a Christian ballet company called Ballet Magnificat in Jackson MS.
After three years in their trainee program, she was promoted to apprentice in their professional company. After two years in the company, she retired in July of 2019 and moved to Georgia.
